Ananda is active in a range of civic leadership roles, including the Healthy Ageing Advisory Committee of the Federation of Ethnic Community Council of Australia (FECCA); Regional Advisory Council of Victoria Multicultural Commission; the Welcoming Cities Reference Group of the Darebin City Council; and the Tamil Senior Citizens Fellowship Victoria (as past President).

An agricultural economist by training, Ananda brings over four decades of professional experience in strategic planning, priority setting, programme management, monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment  and organizational management. He has worked in national, regional and international research and development organizations, and authored over two hundred publications. He enjoys facilitating diverse groups to achieve productive and progressive outcomes. Ananda’s services and impact have been recognized through a number of accolades from universities, government agencies international organizations and professional bodies.

Mr Ibrahim is one of the Somali pioneers to Melbourne, having arrived in 1986. He was the first Secretary of the Somali Community of Victoria. He has written many books and plays about Somali Culture. He has helped to introduce Somali culture and tradition to enrich the cultural diversity of Australia. In 2017 he was nominated for the Australian of the year.

Mr Ibrahim has an MBA, B.Sc.(Civil Eng.), and Gard Dip (Edu), Teaching Victorian Secondary schools for a number of years.

Jonathan is a trusted advisor and clients appreciate his extensive market awareness with exceptional customer service skills and a total can-do-attitude accompanied with academic qualifications Bachelor of Commerce and Masters in Business Administration MBA makes him a true Leader. Jonathan has been a Media Executive for 20 years and has represented Fairfax Media and News Corporation Australia and has had the opportunity to work and liaise with Award Winning real estate agents in Australia. Jonathan is also an ordained Christian Minister with the Australian Christian Churches and his passion is serving the less fortunate and putting love and compassion into action. Both as a Pastor and an Entrepreneur, Jonathan’s relentless passion for developing potential in others permeates his organisation.

He is a marriage celebrant, Treasurer of the Australian-Albanian Community Assoc. of Dandenong, Secretary and Public Officer of the Albanian Sakie Islamic Society for st 15 years, Asst Treasuer for Dandenong Soccer Club for 2 years, and school council for 12 years. He has been a Justice of the Peace for the last 16 years.

She has interviewed hundreds of clients mostly from diverse backgrounds during her seven-year experience in various community service organizations and has pushed to make a difference in people’s lives by contributing her knowledge, skills and education.

She truly believes in continuous learning and growing. Not only has she gained proficiency in six different languages, Binita also graduated with an Executive Master of Business and Administration, Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Accounting from Chisholm.

With her love for finance and the community, Binita has pioneered Financial Engineering Australia, an organization which focuses on providing financial literacy to the needy for financial wellbeing, growth, and success. As a Managing Director and Financial Literacy Facilitator she helps to build finance and design a strong financial structure for empowerment and progress. Similarly, she has been actively involved in the “Multicultural and People Seeking Asylum Advisory Committee” of the City of Greater Dandenong Council and as a board member of the Women’s Association of South East Melbourne Australia Inc.

Dhileepan achieved an Advanced Diploma in accounting at RMIT University and is studying for a Bachelor of Commerce ( Major Accounting) at Deakin University, expected to be completed in 2023. He presently works for Telstra as a business specialist and previously worked as a complaint case manager and subject matter expert for 5 years. Dhileep brings 5 years of professional experience in impact assessment, evaluation, monitoring, people management, and accounting. Dhileep also works voluntarily with Tamil cultural organisations in Victoria. He helps migrants and refugees from different cultures.
